Bono terms
What a bono includes and how it works. If anything is unclear, call us and we will explain.

What it includes
A bono is a number of prepaid 60-minute sessions. It covers four treatments: Thai with Oil, Shiatsu with Oil, Body Balancing and the Serene Facial. It does not cover other treatments, other lengths, or bookings for two.
How long it lasts
Three months from the day it is bought. The exact date is on your bono. Sessions not used by then are lost.
How to use it
Enter the code when you book online, or show it when you arrive. One session is taken per treatment. You can see how many are left at any time from your bono link.
Who can use it
A bono is a bearer instrument: whoever holds the code may use it. It can be given away, and it need not always be the same person.
Changes and cancellations
You can change the time or cancel up to 24 hours before, and the session goes back on your bono. After that, call us. If you do not come to the appointment, the session counts as used.
Refunds
No refunds. Once bought, a bono cannot be returned or exchanged for money. Sessions not used within the three months are lost.
If you lose the code
Call us with the name and email it was bought under and we will send it again. A bono never changes its code.
