What we store, and why

About the health notes. These are sensitive, and we ask only because they are needed to treat you safely. They are read by the therapist treating you and whoever is at the desk that day, and nobody else. If you would rather say it in person, leave the field empty.
Who else sees it
Nobody, commercially. We do not sell data, do not pass it to third parties for advertising and do not build profiles. The systems running the site and the diary may host it inside the European Union.
What you can ask for
- A copy of everything we hold about you.
- That we correct anything wrong.
- That we delete it, except what the accounts oblige us to keep.
- That we stop using it while we look into a complaint.
